As a family with five boys, there
is no shortage of guests in this

was a redesign of the existing
stairwell leading from the current

which now includes a bar, theater

space is fun and dramatic, and
functions perfectly for hosting
parties and gatherings for guests

After a recent move from a home with a
large high-end finished basement, this
family with three teenage boys knew a
basement was a necessity for entertaining.
The design included a unique curved wet
bar, multiple TV screens, and a workout
room. Now that they have the extra room for
their family and friends to hang out and
enjoy, these homeowners are looking
forward to incorporating Art Deco-inspired
features, fixtures, and furniture into their
new basement.
