INDUSTRY-LEADING INDUCTION INNOVATIONS Leading Bertazzoni's noteworthy introductions is the 48" induction range, now available in all three of the brand's series: Professional, Master and Heritage. The range delivers functionality and design with its one continuous, ceramic black glass cooking surface. In addition to the plethora of added advantages of induction cooking, including easy clean- up, precise touch controls, digitally timed cooking functions, and sensor- controlled cookware detection, the Bertazzoni 48" induction range adds an elegant, clean look to any kitchen. CARBONIO, A NEW FINISH WITH GRAVITAS Debuting as the brand's first new finish in recent years, Carbonio enters Bertazzoni's collection of unique finishes. This dark, perfectly matte graphite finish envelops Professional Series induction ranges with a conscious absence of exposed stainless surfaces for seamless style. Complete with distinctive titanium-finished knobs, Carbonio pairs perfectly with a color coordinated range hood. Carbonio is available on Bertazzoni's Professional Series induction ranges in 30", 36" and 48" sizes. MIXED METALS FOR THE MASTER SERIES New to the Collezione Metalli line of real-metal decorative details for the Heritage Series, Bertazzoni now introduced the Collezione Metalli for the Master Series.
