Finest in Italian & American Foods Transitioning from a background in advertising and graphic design to painting, Walker brings a unique perspective to his art. "Before I was painting, I was doing a lot of advertising and graphic design work," he notes, describing his evolution toward creating large-scale paintings in an illustrative style. His art, which combines historical elements of the Western genre with imaginative storytelling, offers a fresh take on traditional themes. " What I do is try to expand upon the more fictional narrative qualities of the West," Walker explains, highlighting the innovative spirit that the Best of the West Show fosters among its artists. e Best of the West Art Show, through the perspectives of its director and contributing artists, represents a unique confluence of tradition and innovation in the world of Western art. It is a platform where artists can explore the boundaries of their creativity while engaging with an audience that appreciates the evolving narrative of the American West. Brent Flory's artwork is one example of how artists in the Best of the West Art Show redefine the boundaries of creativity and celebrate the evolving narrative of the American West.
