Growing up on a dry-land farm and cale ranch just north of Raynesford, custom
knife-maker Reid Watkins discovered a passion for hard-working knives at an early
age. Like many farm kids, he wasn't paid for his labor on the family farm.
With money being tight, he was driven by necessity to create what he couldn't
afford and began making his own knives around the age of ten.
