24 C apitol Ministries launched what is said to be the first ever weekly Bible Study for sitting and former governors of America this year, reportedly making history once again. Ralph led the kick-off Gover- nors Bible study in person in February in Washington, D.C., at the Republican Governors Association meetings. Since then, the governors have been studying the Bible with Ralph every week via Zoom. Today's technolog y makes it possible for governors from across America to meet together every week to study the Word of God from wherever they are. e Bible study has 11 sponsors. ey are, Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, former Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue, former Texas governor Rick Perry, Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen, Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, former Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, and Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. As with studies Ralph teaches to national leaders, these Bible studies are in-depth and comprehensive and teach the whole purpose of God (Acts 20:27). ey are specifically written to address the faith needs, both personal and professional, of the states' top political leaders. is is the third groundbreaking study that CapMin has established. In 2017, Ralph launched what was lauded to be the first Bible study in 200 years to White House Cabinet members. In 2020, he began a study to White House senior staff. Now out of office, those members contin- ue to study the Bible weekly with Ralph via Zoom calls. e Governors Bible Study has been an objective of Capitol Ministries since our inception in 1996 and has become urgently need- ed in recent years as the country faces rapid decline. Countless hours of groundwork, preparation, organizing, and networking have gone into making this new ministry a reality.
