Pastor José Villanueva's ministry to federal

ministries, bringing the total to 30
nations on that continent. Ministry
leaders are being trained to begin
Bible studies in two South Pacific
Island nations, and, at home, to
members of legislatures in Kansas,
Washington State, Iowa, Vermont,
Oklahoma and Maryland. We made
tremendous progress on our big push
to establish more Local Government
Ministries (LGM) to city and
county office holders. CapMin
teams participated in 30 pastor
conferences nationwide. For more
information on those events, see
the Local Government Ministries
page. In early December we hosted
our International Recruiting and
Training Conference in Washington,
D.C., that was attended by 80 exist-
ing and new ministry leaders. Our
newly revised CapMin Training
was unfolded at the conference in-
cluding workbooks for participants,
a teacher's guide with coordinated
PowerPoint presentations.
"To God be the glory for these
milestone achievements," Ralph said.
"We believe the reason God is bless-
ing CapMin has little to do with me
or Danielle or our wonderful staff,
or our marketing skills, but every-
thing to do with Him honoring His
Word—which is what this ministry is
all about: His Word applied specifi-
cally to the lives of public servants."
