network that we
use to collect
medical and
emergency
contact
information
electronically.
ePACT has
replaced our
paper forms,
meaning you will
not need to fill out
all the same
information each
year.
GRADE INFORMATION
The grades listed for each camp
are the grades the campers will be
entering in the Fall of 2025.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay in full for camp sessions.
Join our convenient payment plan.
You will pay a $35 nonrefundable
deposit when you register and pay
the balance of each session one
week before it starts.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Registration for each session will
close the Thursday before each
session at 5:00 pm to give staff
time to prepare for their campers.
ADA INCLUSION
INFORMATION
The Morton Grove Park District,
in collaboration with M-NASR,
provides inclusion support for
participants meeting behavior
guidelines. To request
accommodations, please contact
the park district as soon as
possible; two weeks' notice is
required. Insufficient notice may
delay registration. All campers
must be toilet trained and follow
the park district's Code of
Conduct; no diapers or pull-ups
allowed.
