ARVON ART SHOW
Blending Tradition
with Artistic Vision
Contemporary Western Fashion and Art Flourish Against a Historic Backdrop
Steeped in history, the Hotel Arvon stands as Great Falls' oldest
commercial building, its roots stretching back to 1890—an era when
the legendary Charlie Russell was shaping the Western art world. As a
cherished landmark, the Arvon is a fiing destination during Western Art
Week, offering visitors an immersive experience where history, art, and
contemporary style converge.
Within its storied walls, e Celtic Cowboy Public House provides a
warm and lively gathering space, serving Irish-inspired cuisine and libations
from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily throughout the event. Each evening, from 6
to 9 p.m., live music sets the mood, featuring Cash Murea on ursday,
Wiley and the Wild West on Friday, and Big Sky Country closing out
Saturday night.
"In the hotel itself, we are essentially an art gallery open 365 days a year,"
says Peter Jennings, owner and general manager of the Hotel Arvon. "We
tend to stick to Western themes. We have shown some photography here,
but it tends to be paintings, framed fine art, and a few sculptures."
