BEST OF THE WEST ART SHOW
Pushing Boundaries in Contemporary Western Art
The Best of the West
By Colter Pedersen
"The Best of the West Art Show has always been more cuing-edge—
a lile more contemporary Western or modern traditional," says show organizer
Hope Good. As one of the four signature art exhibitions at the Great Western,
this highly anticipated event brings together an impressive lineup of artists whose
work embodies both the timeless spirit and evolving narrative of the American
West. From striking bronze sculptures to masterful fine art, the show is a celebration
of creativity that pushes the boundaries of traditional Western aesthetics while
honoring its rich heritage.
For Good, this event is more than just an art show—it's a lifelong passion realized.
"Art has always been my love," she says. "Art means everything to me." at devotion
is reflected in the caliber of artists she curates, ensuring the Best of the West remains a
dynamic platform for seasoned masters and rising stars.
A true showstopper year aer year, Lance Boen's larger-than-life leather sculptures
command aention with their intricate crasmanship and sheer scale. Each piece
stands as a work of art in its own right, but together, they transform his booth into an
immersive installation—an experience that feels like stepping into a world where the
Wild West meets pure imagination.
