The multi-day event spotlighted innovation, collaboration, and community impact across all divisions, with the Kitchen & Bath Alliance (KBA) and KBx taking center stage through a series of targeted education sessions and net-working experiences. The agenda featured high-impact workshops and presentations designed to help members strengthen operations, deepen customer relationships, and stay ahead of market trends. (KBA) – A discussion on preserving and sharing organizational expertise. • Fireside Chat with Dave Banyard, CEO of MasterBrand Cabinets (KBx & KBA) – A candid conversation on leadership, innovation, and the future of cabinetry. • Lynne Jenson-Nelson: The Ultimate Guide to Exceptional Customer Experience – A standout session offering practical strategies to enhance customer loyalty. Beyond the breakouts, attendees connected at memorable events including the Party on the Midway, held aboard the historic USS Midway, and an energetic SupplyConnect showcase featuring the chance to win $27,000 in cash prizes in honor of FEI Group's 27th year. FEI Group also continued its partnership with No Child Hungry, packing 10,000 meals for local children, 800 Stop Hunger Bags, and 800 Hygiene Kits. Over the past three years, the organization has contributed more than 115,000 meals to communities in need.
