Regulatory activities IPAC-RS responded to the Request for Information (RFI) from the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which invited public input on US regulations and guidance that should be revised, withdrawn or repealed ("10-to-1 Deregulation"). Among key topics raised by IPAC-RS were the need for better inter-center alignment at the FDA, and a more streamlined and clearer regulatory approach for pMDIs with new propellants. In collaboration with IPAC (its sister consortium), IPAC-RS sub- mitted joint comments on the Health Canada proposed PFAS Risk Management Approach. In addition, IPAC-RS prepared comments on the draft Interna- tional Council for Harmonisation
