PARENT TOT SWIM LESSONS
Swimmers explore the water accompanied by a parent or guardian. The purpose of
this course is to give new swimmers an introduction to swimming and water safety as
well as instruct parents/guardians on how to best guide their child in the water outside
of swim lessons. Instructors provide structured lessons that include skills such as
blowing bubbles, kicking feet, and learning how to submerge underwater. Participants
can expect to play games and sing songs all while introducing their new swimmers to
the pool! Swim diapers are required for all children who are not yet potty-trained.

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
This program is designed to give your swimmer a little more one on one attention then
they would get in a larger size class. Each session off ers four classes that are 45 mins
in length. Children will get paired up with another student who is around their same
skill level.

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Swimmers will be paired 1:1 with an experienced instructor. Instructors create individu-
alized lesson plans for each swimmer and have the ability to adapt lessons as needed
in order to ensure each swimmer has the best possible opportunity to learn new skills
and gain confi dence in the water. Swimmers of all levels and ages (starting at 3 years
old) may enroll for private lessons.
Private swim lessons have scheduled days and times, check brochure for options.

JUNIOR LIFEGUARD CAMP
AGES 10-14
This Saturday morning camp focuses
on teaching students the skills
necessary to become a future lifeguard.
Participants will learn in water rescue
techniques along with basic
lifeguarding principles. Junior
Lifeguards will receive a certifi cate
of completion at the end of the class.
