Illinois group to welcome GOTO in July The I & I Antique Tractor and Gas Engine Club are finalizing plans for the first 2026 Gathering of the Orange, July 9-12 in Penfield, Ill. Gates open at 7 a.m. each day. Admission is $10 per person, or $25 for a multi- day pass. Children under 10 are free. There is a $30 fee for those bringing golf carts, or rent a golf cart on the show grounds. Guests to this year's show will have a variety of daily activities, including a daily parade, entertainment for children and adults and a nightly tractor pull. Featured tractors are the Allis-Chalmers D14, D15 and 7000 Series, but all Allis, Gleaner and Allis-related items are welcome. Those attending will also be greeted by several A-C clubs in the feature building. The Triple A Tractor Club will host the GOTO banquet. The menu includes two meats, mashed potatoes, vegetable, salad, rolls and dessert. The cost is $30 per person. The I & I Club will host a special fireworks display Saturday evening to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the U.S., the 150th anniversary of the town of Penfield and the 50th anniversary of the I & I Antique Tractor and Gas Engine Club. A tractor ride to the Clinton County Fairgrounds will be part of the Gathering of the Orange this September in Wilmington, Ohio. This will be an A-C tractor-only ride traveling 10 miles per hour, or slightly faster. This two-day ride will start in Zanesville, Ohio, in the early morning (7 a.m.) of Sept. 9, traveling 77 miles to Circleville, Ohio, for the night. There is a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn; ask for the "Buckeye Allis Club." For those only wanting a one-day ride, there is a Walmart nearby with a big parking lot for trucks and trailers; people can join the rest of the caravan there. Day 2 (Sept. 10) will be 75 miles, leaving early in the morning (7 a.m.) and ending at the GOTO in Wilmington at the Clinton County Corn Festival. Lunch will be just outside Jeffersonville at Mayer Farm Equipment. The group will arrive at the show grounds the evening before the show begins. Transportation back to Zanesville to get trucks, etc. will be provided. Those who come to Zanesville the evening before the group leaves (Sept. 8) can get a ride into town for ice cream and cross the "Y" bridge, where they can change streams in the middle of the bridge.
