Island Jewel — The client's desire was to
transform this 33 sq. ft. Gasparilla Island powder
room with 10-foot ceilings and one small window
into something special.
Special Features
• Vintage cane-motif tile floor in glossy honey onyx
balances white oak
• Custom ceiling light armature resembles pirate
ship hull
• Pirate's torch wall sconce with abalone, bronze,
and opal shades
• Octagonal mirrors flank window to expand space
Where the Wild Things Are — This powder room
lives in a mountain home nestled between boulders
overlooking a lake.
Design Solutions
• Natural tree root vanity base
• Porcelain vanity top ties into the warmth of the
vanity base
• Vessel sink carved from solid boulder
• Vintage-inspired lantern sconces flanking vanity
• Mirror with natural-wood branches and accent
tile wall peeking through
• Honed black toilet aligns with pines in mural
