The existing kitchen felt outdated and
disconnected in an otherwise bright and
airy home. With dated cabinetry, worn
finishes, and limited storage, it didn't
meet the homeowners' daily needs.
Working within a strict budget and
retaining some of the existing cabinetry,
the team transformed the space into a
modern, functional and inviting kitchen
that seamlessly blended with the rest of
the home. By carefully selecting
materials and finishes, the team created
a stylish and efficient hub that elevates
everyday routines and incorporates the
homeowners' love of contemporary
design and unique details.

This project centered on a 1920s craftsman home
whose historic charm was worth preserving but
whose spaces no longer supported modern living.
The house had beautiful original features such as
arched openings, traditional trim, and classic wood
floors, but it lacked the space, storage, and comfort
needed by today's family. The homeowners
envisioned an addition that would expand the
layout, bring in ample natural light, and improve
usability while celebrating the character of the
original design.
