he National Association of the Remodeling
Industry (NARI) proudly announces the winners of
the 2026 National Remodeler of the Year
™
(RotY
®
)
Awards, recognizing the industry's top professionals for
exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and project
excellence.
The NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards reflect the
evolving, collaborative nature of today's remodeling
industry. The program highlights professionals who
seamlessly integrate design vision, technical expertise,
and client-focused solutions to deliver transform-
ative results.
"These awards represent more than outstanding
projects – they showcase the professionalism, integrity,
and expertise that define today's remodeling industry,"
said NARI President Jonathan Kelly. "Our winners are
setting the standard for excellence by delivering
innovative solutions, elevating the client experience,
and demonstrating the value of working with qualified,
ethical remodeling professionals."
This year, 40 national winners, with 27 member
companies, were selected from a competitive pool of
159 regional winners, representing a collective $138
million in remodeling projects. Award categories span
the full spectrum of the industry, including kitchens,
bathrooms, historical renovations, interiors, and
outdoor living spaces. Entries were evaluated by a
panel of industry experts based on problem-solving,
functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and
overall presentation. The common thread among the
2026 award-winning projects shows that exceptional
remodeling is about more than transformation; it's
about creating spaces that enhance everyday life in
meaningful, lasting ways.
The NARI RotY
®
Awards continue a longstanding
tradition of celebrating excellence, leadership, and the
forward momentum of the remodeling profession. The
2026 winners exemplify the highest standards of the
industry and serve as inspiration for what's possible in
remodeling today.
