EXPANDED EDUCATION AND INDUSTRY INSIGHT Attendee feedback made one thing clear: the industry wants broader, more actionable education. In response, PCBC is expanding its conference programming with more than 30 sessions covering land acquisition, development, construction, technology, sales, operations, and long-term business performance. A major addition for 2026 is the launch of a new Marketing & Sales track focused on consumer trends, buyer engagement, digital strategy, and sales performance. The new track will complement the return of the highly successful Land & Capital program as well as an expanded Technology track featuring emerging AI trends, automation, data tools, and innovations shaping the future of homebuilding. AN EXHIBIT FLOOR FOCUSED ON WHAT'S NEXT PCBC is also evolving its exhibit floor experience. Spanning more than 26,000 square feet and multiple levels, the 2026 exhibit hall will place greater emphasis on innovation, research and development, and emerging technologies reshaping the built environment. Rather than focusing solely on current products and solutions, the floor is being curated around the future of housing – featuring breakthrough building materials, advanced construction technologies, AI-driven solutions, and innovations emerging from sectors like Silicon Valley and CES that are only beginning to enter homebuilding. New additions will include an AI Pavilion and Utilities Park, creating dedicated spaces to explore the future of housing infrastructure, automation, and intelligent building systems. GROWING THE AUDIENCE WHILE BOOSTING THE ENERGY PCBC is also making a renewed investment in growing its audience and strengthening the broader industry ecosystem around the event. Organizers are developing new partnerships and collaborations with complementary industry conferences and communities, including Builder Innovator Summit and Shore Sales & Marketing Leadership Summit, among others. At the same time, PCBC maintains the networking and social experiences that have long made it a cornerstone industry gathering. The week will kick off with a Welcome Reception on Monday, July 27, followed by The Mix Up hosted by BIA of San Diego on Tuesday night at Growlers Sports Bar inside the Gaylord Pacific. In total, more than ten affiliate events and receptions are already scheduled throughout the property during PCBC week – ensuring that the conversations and business opportunities will continue under one roof. PCBC 2026 focuses on delivering a stronger, smarter, more valuable experience for the people shaping the future of housing. Please visit www.pcbc.com to register today.
