PERSONAL REFLECTIONS
Allow me to share some thoughts of our men at our
highest positions of leadership. ey are the ones I have
opportunity to interact with the most.
• We have recently updated titles for the majority of
our Global Directors. Since most of the GDs are only
regional in nature, Danielle wisely thought it would
be more accurate to retitle the positions so they more
accurately reflect their position. So, for those with a
regional focus, we have dropped the word Global from
the title. Now we have many Directors.
• For those positions that have responsibilities globally,
they have retained the title, Global Director.
• We also have Assistant Directors. ese are men who
are helping the Directors and are ready to step into the
role of Director if necessary.
• We have highly capable men serving in the roles of
Assistant Directors, Directors and Global Directors.
ese men are qualified. ey are engaged. ey are
warm, friendly, inviting and stand ready to answer the
call of God upon their lives.
CONTINUED EXPANSION
e year 2025 can be summarized as the incredible ex-
pansion of Capitol Ministries around the world. I do not
know of another ministry that has seen the exponential
growth that we have seen in such a short period of time. We
have begun to find our quality pools from which to gather
like-minded, theologically aligned MLs and LGMs.
