65 65 ASIA KEY HIGHLIGHTS FROM 2025 During this year, our MLs and LGM leaders have continued to faithfully and sincerely lead Bible studies with political and civic leaders. Due to security concerns and political sensitivity in several countries, these Bible studies were not conducted within the capitol buildings, but instead were held in secure locations such as hotels and private meeting rooms. While the settings were outside the capitol building, the purpose and commitment remained the same. ese smaller, confidential gatherings provided a safe environment for open discussion, prayer, and engagement with Scripture. rough these studies, leaders were able to reflect on God's Word, strengthen their faith, and seek spiritual guidance amid the pressures of public leadership. is approach allowed the ministry to continue mov- ing forward responsibly and faithfully, demonstrating flexibility while remaining committed to the core mission of discipling leaders through the Bible. OBJECTIVES FOR 2026 • Recruiting and mentoring new Capitol Ministries leaders from unreached Asian nations, equipping them to lead regular Bible studies in capitals and to disciple political leaders through God's Word. • Strengthening and sustaining ongoing Bible studies with political leaders, creating consistent spaces in the capitol where Scripture can restore broken relationships with God and shape godly character in public servants. • Providing training opportunities for leaders who have not yet attended official Capitol Ministries training, with a strong emphasis on biblical teaching, discipleship, and faithful application of Scripture in political contexts. • Expanding outreach through radio, media, and news platforms to extend the reach of Bible teaching, encouraging leaders and the wider public to engage with Scripture. • Continuing to seek God's wisdom and favor through prayer in politically sensitive environments, trusting the Holy Spirit to open doors, soen hearts, and bring spiritual renewal among political leaders. 2026 LAUNCHES AND TRAININGS: BANGLADESH AND BHUTAN In 2026, ministry strengthening and expansion efforts are planned in Bangladesh (Dhaka) and Bhutan (imphu), these launches will focus on Leaders' Luncheon Bible Studies, providing consistent opportunities to study Scripture together with political and civic leaders. 65
