66 66 D I R E C TO R JULIAN KIVORI SOUTH PACIFIC 2025 EXPANSION SUMMARY We Pacific Islanders have a different perspective of time and opportunity. While a westerner operates on a watch to set his time, day and date to carry out a specific task, the people of the sea operate by wind and tide to carry out their daily tasks and voyages. On April 17, 2025, Capitol Ministries publicly announced my appointment as the new CapMin Director for the South Pacific. With the backdrop of the sea and wind analog y, I believe the tide is now changing slowly for Capitol Ministries in the South Pacific. I believe the famous "southeast trade winds of the Pacific" are slowly picking up for Capitol Ministries to launch its sail to catch the wind to other island nations. We did not see much expansion in 2025 for the South Pacific, but we are sure that God is guiding and leading our steps into the future. KEY HIGHLIGHTS FROM 2025 1. Firstly, my appointment in April as the CapMin director for the South Pacific. 2. Secondly, the Baptist World Congress in July at Brisbane Australia. Over 3,300 people participated in that conference. 3. Finally, establishing a solid lead for the island nation of Solomon Islands in Dr. Jeremiah Dauara. We hope he will have an opportunity to attend a CapMin training soon. 66
