8 ing of Scripture are being replaced by new strong-in-Christ public servants who have a high view of Scripture and its infallibility and in- errancy! is is so exciting to see but goes largely unnoticed by theo- logically immature onlookers. It serves to explain the zeal for Christ we are increasingly witnessing in the lives of those serving God in His institution of civil government. In 2025, we hosted five major training conferences in Africa (Zam- bia), the Caribbean (the Dominican Republic), Europe (Italy), and North America (California and Texas). At these trainings, we equipped men from and for ministry launches in the following countries: Burki- na Faso, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Togo, Guinea, Zam- bia, Angola, South Sudan, Liberia, Niger, Seychelles, Italy, Malta, the United States, Papua New Guinea, Guatemala, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Brazil, Nepal, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lan- ka, Malaysia, the Dominican Republic, Saint Martin, Sint Maarten, Antigua, and Anguilla. Over the past years, we have concentrated on training new Minis- try Leaders—some of whom have (or this year will) launch ministries, faithfully teaching Bible studies to legislators and other political lead- ers. We also have continually connected with and encouraged our nu- merous existing Ministry Leaders throughout the world. 2026 GOALS is year our priority is to launch additional trained leaders from the countries mentioned above who have been trained by us, into their respective capitols. We are on target to establish new national min- istries this year in these areas: Peru, Bolivia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Seychelles, Congo, Rwanda, Madagascar, Belize, the Dominican Republic, Norway, Iceland, Italy, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea, and Vanuatu. We expect new ministries to launch in the state capitols of Nevada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Alabama (some replace ministries by retiring Ministry Leaders). Looking ahead, we are encouraged by the doors the Lord continues to open. Our focus remains clear: to birth new Bible studies for po- litical leaders throughout the world. Lord willing, we are on track to launch 20 or more new Capitol Ministries in state and federal capitols in the coming year! We pursue this mission with a sense of calling, en- thusiasm, integrity, humility, and complete dependence upon the Lord. None of this happens alone. I want to express my sincere grati- tude to our Directors, Ministry Leaders, Volunteers, Supporters, and Prayer Partners who team together to make this work possible! Your commitment allows the Word of God to be taught in-depth—from Washington, D.C., to capitols throughout the world—reaching public servants for Christ who carry tremendous responsibility over commu- nities and nations. I am also deeply thankful for our wonderful, godly Board of Di- rectors as well as our dedicated headquarters team who serve with excellence behind the scenes. eir faithfulness ensures oversight and focus of the ministry, and that Bible studies are prepared, relation- ships are nurtured, and opportunities continue to grow, respectively. Your partnership in prayer, generosity, and service truly makes this mission possible. We move forward with confidence, knowing that lasting cultural and personal change does not ultimately come from political effort, but from the transforming power of God's Word in the hearts of men and women who serve in civil government. Please take time to review this year's Annual Report, and pray as you do. Use it as a prayer guide, and let us watch together what the Lord will accomplish in the year ahead! is report highlights each of our 13 Directors and the regions and Ministry Leaders they oversee. My prayer is that it will thrill your heart as much as it does mine! ank you for standing with us in ministry. We truly need and deeply appreciate you. Together, we trust that as God's Word takes root in the hearts of political leaders around the world, it will con- tinue to bear fruit for generations to come—both here at home and abroad all for God's glory and the growth of His Kingdom!
