25 Today's technology enables governors from across America to meet weekly to study the Word of God, regardless of location. Utilizing secure online platforms, Capitol Ministries established in 2023 what is believed to be the first ongoing Bible study specifically for America's sitting and former governors. Ralph Drollinger led the inaugural study in person in Wash- ington, D.C., during the Republican Governors Association meetings. Since that launch, the study has continued weekly via Zoom. Since October 2025, Dr. Randy Adams has served as Senior Bible Teacher for the Governors Bible Study. He carries forward this vital ministry with steadfast commitment to exegetical depth, doctrinal clarity, and practical application of Scripture, bringing decades of pastoral leadership and a deep passion for discipleship. In 2025, participating governors joined White House Cab- inet Members via Zoom each week for an in-depth study of God's Word. As with the Bible studies taught to national leaders in Washington, D.C., the Governors Bible Study is exegetical, comprehensive, and committed to declaring the whole purpose of God (Acts 20:27) Each lesson is carefully written to address both the personal and professional faith needs of America's chief state executives. e Governors Bible Study has been a long-standing objec- tive of Capitol Ministries since our founding in 1996, made in- creasingly urgent in recent years as our nation faces accelerating moral and cultural challenges. Countless hours of prayer, prepa- ration, organization, and relational groundwork have gone into bringing this ministry to fruition. Capitol Ministries exists to fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples of Jesus Christ among the political leaders of the world. Our aim is to reach every public servant for Christ, every year, in every nation. Scripture places a high priority on reaching those in authori- ty: First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority (1 Timothy 2:1–2).
