6 Dear friends, As I step into the role of President, I am deeply grateful and humbled to serve the Lord through Capitol Ministries. Since the founding of this ministry, our mission has remained clear and steadfast: "Making Disci- ples of Jesus Christ in the Political Arena roughout the World." By God's grace, that is exactly what we have pursued these past 30 years and have had no mission dri. We praise Him for His guidance, provision, and unwavering faithfulness to His ministry across the globe. ere is no other ministry with sound doctrine, international in scope, attempt- ing to reach political leaders worldwide with the Gospel. As I write this, recent world affairs—specifically the renewed strength and respect of America—coupled with resources believers in our nation provide us, adds up to a wide-open door before us to aggres- sively expand Capitol Ministries into numerous additional national capitals worldwide. Board Member Dr. Randy Adams has stepped into leadership of the teaching ministries in Washington, D.C., including the Bible studies for the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, the White House Cabinet, and the Governors (via Zoom). By God's grace, all four studies are growing—not only in number, but in depth of relationship and spir- itual maturity. It is a tremendous blessing to witness how God's Word is taking root on Capitol Hill and in the lives of our nation's leaders. Small and large testimonies—even Gospel proclamations—by vari- ous D.C. Members used to be rare, if not unheard of, but today, elected leaders sharing their faith is becoming more and more common! e evidence and fruit of unleashing God's Word among our leaders in D.C. has been increasing in the lives, words, and actions of believing Mem- bers in numerous ways! As many of you know, my husband Ralph and I founded this min- istry with a deep conviction: political leaders need, first and foremost, to know Christ as Savior, to study the Scriptures, and to be discipled in the Word of God. As Charles Spurgeon once said, "e preaching of the Gospel is the great means of changing men's hearts, and when men's hearts are changed, society will be changed." rough the past 30 years, the Lord has opened doors that only He could open, allowing His Word to reach leaders who shape communi- ties, states, and nations. Scripture reminds us why this work matters. Jesus command- ed in Matthew 28:19, "Go therefore and make disciples of all na- tions." Whether those nations are large or small, the call remains the same. Proverbs 21:1 further assures us, e king's heart is like channels of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherev- er He wishes. Capitol Ministries marches under orders given by our Lord—to evangelize and disciple political leaders (cf. Acts 9:15; 1 Timothy 2:1–4). 2025 HIGHLIGHTS rough weekly, in-depth Bible studies, personal discipleship, and trusted relationships, leaders across local, state, and national arenas have been faithfully studying the Word of God in town and city halls, as well as in state and national Capitols. We have witnessed renewed faith, deeper understanding of Scripture, and a growing desire among leaders to govern with wisdom, humility, and integrity. What the secular media doesn't see nor understand is that numerous so-called "Christians" who adhere to a theological liberal understand- FROM THE PRESIDENT
