In our Pre-Karate classes, young children build fl exibility, strength, and coordination through
fun activities. This program is designed to enhance their memory and agility. Watch your child's
confi dence and skills grow! Beginner students can only register before the second class. Continued
registration for advanced students is allowed but requires full payment.

YOUTH/ADULT KARATE AGES 7 and up
ISKC's karate classes combine strength training, cardio, and fl exibility exercises. Students improve
coordination, agility, and learn valuable personal safety skills. They also gain mental challenges from
learning kata moves and discipline from class rules. Beginners can only register before the second
class. Continuing and advanced students can register after the start date, but must pay the full class
fee.

instruction of John DiPasquale, a four-time National Champion and President of the American

TAE KWON DO AGES 5-12
Connelly's Academy classes are fun, safe, and age appropriate. The instructors are martial
arts professionals with many years of experience working with young people. Taekwon-do is
exciting and challenging, motivating children to keep growing strong in Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Students of all levels are welcome.
