and small events, making the facility a welcoming place for our community to

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
1. Fill out Rental Request Form, available at:
mortongroveparks.com or at the PVCC.
2. The Guest Service Supervisor will contact you
via email within (3) business days.
3. Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks out,
but cannot be made more than 3 months in advance.
FACILITY RENTAL POLICY
All rentals require a credit deposit of $100, which will be refunded within fi ve days
after the event. The fi nal payment is due one week before the event. Any damages
or excessive clean-up will forfeit the deposit. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged
if the event is cancelled within three weeks.
RESTRICTIONS
The Park District prohibits alcohol, grilling, smoking, open fl ames and collection of
fees. Additional restrictions may apply.
PLEASE NOTE
Rental Fee is on an hourly basis and set-up and clean-up time must be included in
the rental time.
