refrigeration lineup with a new 36" size option for its Dual Zone Wine
Column. Built for collectors, entertainers, and everyday wine enthusiasts
alike, the columns seamlessly merge commercial-grade performance with
high-end custom design, offering an unparalleled environment for
safeguarding a curated portfolio of 179 bottles.
Equally impressive is how effortlessly it integrates into front-of-house
hospitality environments, offering venues a visually sleek, premium
solution. Equipped with independent dual-zone True Precision Temperature
Control, the unit provides digital accuracy down to the degree, ensuring
that both delicate whites and robust reds are simultaneously preserved at
their respective optimal serving and maturation temperatures.
Handcrafted in the U.S., the columns are composed of 300-series
stainless steel – a True Caliber hallmark that ensures a level of durability,
hygiene, and thermal accuracy unparalleled in the residential market. The
visually commanding Dual Zone Wine Column features 15 full-extension,
soft-close racks with unfinished cherry fronts that cradle the wine bottles
while minimizing structural vibrations that could otherwise disturb
sediment. Illuminated by True Caliber's signature TruLumina lighting, the
unit also features low-E, double-pane, UV-tinted glass doors that protect
valuable vintages from harmful light exposure while elegantly showcasing
the collection within.
