The casual restaurant will serve Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fare for lunch and dinner. … Nala's Fromagerie, a European-style cheese store in Green Bay, Wis., is expanding into an adjacent space. Nala's Fromagerie will begin to offer a full-service wine bar, featuring Spanish tapas and wines and possibly craft beers. … Chef Nongyao "Moon" Krapugthong, owner of Philadelphia restaurants Manayunk's Chabaa Thai and Yanako, is adding to her Asian food empire. She is taking over the Asian Box stand at Pennsylvania's Ardmore Farmers Market, Lancaster County, Pa., with plans to open Ya Thai there later this month. Ya Thai will sell food for takeout and catering, as well as offer key ingredients such as curry pastes and seasonings.
