CASE STUDY It's Time for a Comprehensive Solution: A CASE STUDY As a partner of Proforma, you benefit from an organization that has your business interests in mind. Take for example one of our more recent case studies featuring a large manufacturing company who has experienced the benefit of partnering with Proforma first hand. After determining their current marketing and online solution needs required intervention from an outside authority, this potential customer contacted Proforma to discuss some of the challenges they were facing and asked for assistance in identifying their primary course of action. This path to success needed to include specific, attainable business goals, along with consistent and powerful messaging and branding, wrapped up nicely in a comprehensive marketing plan. The primary goal involved creating an online solution to act as the communications and delivery channel for all of their print and promotional products. While this seemed the best possible solution for their current challenge, there were some initial concerns about the pricing and impact of the increased responsibilities that accompanied an online store. In response to those concerns, Proforma walked the prospect step-by-step through the entire process, showing them how beneficial, cost-effective and streamlined their new solution would be. After an in-depth review of the proposal, along with pricing and product recommendations for some of their current and future print and promotional offerings, the prospect became a customer and partnered with Proforma to develop their online company store. Recent response indicates that streamlining their internal print items, promotional products and apparel program has helped save them time, money and resources, effectively boosting business and efficiencies!
