EOE/AA. 70 November/December 2013 BizEd Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business seeks two qualified candidates for tenure-track Associate/Full Professor faculty positions for fall 2014. Applicants should have a PhD or DBA from an AACSB International school and professional certification (CPA, CMA or CIA) is desirable. A specialization in Managerial or Financial Accounting is preferred, but those with a primary interest in other areas will also be considered. The successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching MBA and DBA students in both a classroom and blended format and have at least four years of teaching experience at an AACSB International school. The ideal candidates are an experienced senior assistant or associate professor who've won numerous teaching awards and have an established record of publications in premier research journals. The Crummer School is professionally accredited by AACSB International and maintains a high-quality graduate program in business by keeping classes small (average class size is 24 students), so that faculty build a close relationship with their students. Normal teaching load for a faculty member is five courses at the graduate level, but faculty are assigned only four courses during their first year. The Rollins MBA program has gained a distinction through its commitment to quality teaching, experiential learning, international emphasis and close student-faculty involvement. The full-time MBA program at the Crummer School has been ranked #1 in Florida and 46th in the nation by Forbes magazine. The school's Leadership Center has also been ranked 19th in the nation by Leadership Excellence magazine. It is located in Winter Park, Florida, an attractive and historic residential community adjacent to Orlando. The 80-acre campus is situated on the shore of beautiful Lake Virginia.
