Vacuum conveyors
Vacuum conveyors transfer free- and non-free-flowing phar-
maceutical and chemical powders at 500 to 5,000 pounds per
hour. Applications include loading tablet presses, mix tanks,

Pneumatic conveyors
PPCVS Series pneumatic conveyors use low-profile vacuum
pump and reverse-jet shock tank to convey tablets and cap-
sules in restricted-height areas. ATEX-certified Model
PPC250VS (photo) includes HEPA filtration and trolley with
pneumatic height adjustment. All PPCVS conveyors feature
one-piece, gap-free construction, comply with cGMP, and
require no tools to disassemble for cleaning. QX filter system
replaces common felt seal or O-ring with double seal to
ensure isolation to 0.3 micron.

Feeder-receiver
Feeder-receiver combines P-Series pneumatic conveying
receiver with feeder in single, compact unit. Applications
include dispensing, gain-in-weight batching, and refilling
continuous loss-in-weight feeders. Pharma-grade unit oper-
ates volumetrically or gravimetrically, and feeder comes with
single or twin screws. Feeder-receiver handles tablets, cap-
sules, flakes, free- and poor-flowing powders, and other mate-
rials that require gentle transport. Options include swing-
away filter heads for easy filter removal where headroom is
limited and retractable spray balls that optimize cleaning.
