growth comes from staying up on the ever-changing technology, being creative, and flexible, but the key element was simply listening to their customers. "It's having real people on the phone who are going to listen to you," Eisenberger said. "Personal attention. Rarely will you call in and get a voice mail, unless we are closed." ships. Quantity price breaks are offered, flexible financing and same day ship- ping is emphasized. "You buy what you need when you need it. You need advice, tech support, parts, service, inventory, we've got it," Eisenberger said. "We don't say no."
