R+T Asia 2014 sets attendance record

The R+T Asia exhibition celebrated its tenth anniversary
in March with a record 21,876 professional visitors from
around the world, according to the event's organizer. R+T
Asia is the leading show of roller shutters, doors/gates,
windows and sun protection in Asia, it adds.
Located at the International Expo Centre in Shanghai, the
most prosperous city in China, R+T Asia brought togeth-
er a diverse gathering of business leaders and overseas
buyers—40 percent of the visitors described themselves as
decision-makers, and 68 percent of the visitors said they
have buying plans within the next 12 months.
The show's 420 exhibitors from 18 countries stated appre-
ciation for R+T Asia's control of the quality of attendees,
which guaranteed a high quantity of professional visitors.
The exhibition had a strong global appeal with visitors from
96 countries.
The international sector for this year's show was larger than
ever with an increase in exhibitors from outside China of 30
percent over a year ago. Exhibitor satisfaction also reached
a high return rate with 75 percent of exhibitors from the
2013 show also showing this year.
A record-setting 21,876 visitors attended the 2014 R+T Asia exhibition
in Shanghai.
