Lance Boen created his
whimsical Bucking Rainbow
from cowhide, then meticulously
painted the six-foot sculpture
in acrylics. He fashions most of
his pieces from cowhide, but
occasionally uses such exotic
leathers as elephant, hippo, and
Cape buffalo.
