6 www.machinerylubrication.com | March - April 2015 | 39 LUBRICATION SySTEM The new lubrication system from Unist is designed to provide consistent lubricant application for the ultra-thin stock typically used in the packaging, container, and heat- ing, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industries. The TSL System features controlled lubricant delivery to both sides of thin (.002- to .010-inch) stock and can accommo- date stock widths from 9 to 45 inches. Lubricant is applied through reversible felt application pads, while pneumatic cylinders maintain consistent contact with the material. The system includes an applicator, a programmable fluid controller, control valves, a 20-gallon tank, integral stand, a heavy-duty filter, a pressure switch and flow sensors. Unist www.unist.com 800-253-5462 OIL FILTER ELEMENTS Pall's new Coralon hydraulic and lube oil filter elements feature stress-resistant media technology for improved performance and value. The filter elements are engineered to provide long life and low element pressure drop as well as optimum performance under system stresses for con- sistently cleaner fluid. The elements' out-to-in flow path, advanced pack design and other material upgrades also help to enhance fluid cleanliness. Pall Corp. www.pall.com 888-333-7255 DRUM ROTATOR The DrumTumblr from Morse offers a new labor-saving method for thorough mixing of the contents inside steel, plastic and fiber drums (30- to 55-gallon sizes). By rotating a drum "corner over corner," the DrumTumblr helps to cor- rect settling and homogenizes contents while also prevent- ing hazards and worker exposures by not having to open drums for mixing. Drums can be easily and securely loaded and unloaded into the DrumTumblr with a hoist or crane. The Pro Series features vision and laser height sensing with closed-loop encoding. A smart vision camera captures detailed component part images and converts them into high-resolution digital files. The vision system is integrated with special software to simplify setup and facilitate programming with an on-screen preview of the dispensing path. True three-dimensional motion con- trol allows easy programming of dots, lines, circles, arcs, compound arcs and complex patterns. Nordson EFD www.nordsonefd.com 440-892-1580 7 5 6 7 8 8
