Raisbeck Endowed Dean, College of Business Iowa State University, one of the nation's most student- centered public research universities, invites nominations and applications for dean of its College of Business. The successful candidate will hold the title of the David and Ellen Raisbeck Endowed Deanship, a $3 million endowment of which the proceeds are used solely to support the dean's priorities for the college. The preferred candidate will have proven leadership experience; the ability to develop and foster strong relationships with students, university faculty and staff, and business and industry leaders; skills to communicate a vision internally and externally for the college's contribution to the teaching, research, and outreach missions of a land-grant university; a record of leadership and success in fundraising; a demonstrated commitment to diversity; and expertise to guide organizational development and to creatively address curricular and professional issues on the forefront of business education and research.
