In 2003, OilMiser Technology introduced its fi rst off- line fi ltration kit, signifi cantly increasing the capabilities of machine reliability teams. Today, hundreds of companies around the world continue to expand their reliability programs by installing kidney-loop fi ltration systems. With the introduction of the next generation of off- line fi ltration kits, OilMiser continues to advance the productivity of the machine reliability team. JLM Systems www.oilmiser.com 888-736-8645 CONDITION MONITORING SENSORS The new GS condition monitoring sensors from Gill Sensors and Controls capture and retain ferrous wear and failure particles as well as detect water-in-oil contamination and oil presence. With continuous real-time monitoring, the sensors can provide an early indication of potential problems without the specialized knowledge and time delays of offsite analysis. Designed to suit most data-collection devices, each sensor fea- tures a simple metric thread with an O-ring seal for direct fi tting into a gearbox or transmission housing. The compact spectrometer can be integrated on production lines or used in laboratories, consumer goods, textiles and chemicals manufacturing to ensure quality and consistency. Optical bench improvements and high-precision alignment methods elevate the unit's per- formance for demanding applications in fi eld and industrial environments. Its small footprint and light weight make it ideal for process integration. Designed to operate on mineral-based hydraulic fl uids up to 350 centistokes, the system helps to eliminate the task of locating a sampling port with adequate pressure and fl ow. The unit displays the ISO contamination codes and optional saturation levels, and can be powered with either 24 volts DC or 120 volts AC. The system is available in a manual control or a remote communications version. Schroeder Industries www.schroederindustries.com 724-318-1100
