SPECIALTY FOOD NEWS has sold bread collections from bakeries such as Amy's Bread and Sullivan Street Bakery. Dean & Deluca's new offerings include a basic baguette and a round sourdough. CANDY CHAIN EXPANDS Just Born has opened its second Peeps & Company retail store location, this one at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn. The store sells an array of specialty and mass-market branded candy. Just Born's first store is at the National Harbor, Md., and later this spring, the business plans to open a store next to the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pa. Pudding Store Takes on Manhattan New store Puddin' by Clio in New York City offers classic stovetop pudding in eight flavors with about 18 sauces, crumbles, nuts and fruit to adorn the dessert. The shop also features parfaits and cakes, such as Banana Upside-Down, with a banana pudding filling.
