Business Minds and Hearts The Haub School of Business has based its comprehensive business curriculum on the University's Jesuit tradition of preparing students to contribute to a greater good. By integrating ethical concerns and issues of social justice with business decision-making, the Haub School strives to not only prepare students to succeed in their business careers, but also in their lives. Largely through the important work of our Arrupe Center for Business Ethics, a catalyst for faculty research and instructional design, The Haub School was recognized by the Aspen Institute in its survey Beyond Grey Pinstripes. It ranked the Haub School as one of the top 100 business schools in the world for ethical leadership, and 12th for exposing students to a holistic view of business success – to balance profit with social and environmental impacts.
