Zarb School of Business, Department of Accounting, Taxation, and Legal Studies in Business, invites applications for an anticipated tenure-track position in the graduate program in taxation at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level beginning Fall 2009. Candidates must hold either a Ph.D. in Business from an AACSB-accredited program with an accounting concentration preferred, a J.D./L.L.M. with a concentration in taxation or a Ph.D. or J.D. in a field other than business and completion of an AACSB Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business Program. Applicants at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels will be separated by the depth and breadth of their research, publication, and teaching record. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 18 semester hours per annum, divided between the fall and spring semesters, maintain an active research and publication agenda in peer- reviewed journals in the field of taxation, and provide service to the University, School, and Department.
