Showcase. The November/December 2000 issue, featuring Paul Ferrari
of A.G. Ferrari Foods in San Francisco on the cover, focused on
thriving specialty food chains, a relatively
young concept at the time, as well as the
"revolution" in specialty chocolates—
one that continues today, as you'll see
on p. 74.
