The inaugural issue of Specialty Food Magazine launched 15 years ago this fall, rebuilt with more content on trends, products, categories, and the business of selling specialty foods than its predecessor, NASFT Showcase. The November/December 2000 issue, featuring Paul Ferrari of A.G.
