Lifetime Awards From founding an iconic gourmet retailer to bringing new life to the Fancy Food Shows, these seven visionaries have helped change the face of the food world. Achievement 2015 I n 2014, the Specialty Food Association launched the Lifetime Achievement Awards to honor those who could be considered founders and pioneers of bringing specialty foods to the American market. This year, seven people were honored at the Summer Fancy Food Show as part of the sofi Awards ceremony at the Javits Center in New York City on Monday, June 29.
