She is graduating from Wesleyan University in 2016. What was one of your favorite assignments this summer? One of my favorite articles I've written for the Association was defnitely the sof winner write- ups. It was a lot of fun chatting with producers and hearing how proud they are of their winning products. What's your fondest food memory? My frst bite of pizza after ending a one-year stint as a vegan. What's the strangest food/meal you've ever had? How was it? It's something I eat every weekend at college. It's called a breakfast pail, and it's the best brunch food in existence. It's a Chinese takeout container layered with crunchy hash browns, avocado, over-easy eggs, cheddar cheese, and topped with as much Frank's hot sauce as I can ft in it. It will be the thing I miss most about Wesleyan when I graduate. What are some of your non-gastronomic hobbies/interests? When I'm not cooking or eating, I love to read, run, hike, and sleep! Eat out or stay in? Stay in. I always have so many recipes I want to try out and I love cooking for other people.
