WHERE Ruxbin, a 32-seat Noble Square BYOB, continues to astound and surprise with Edward Kim's creative takes on contempo- rary American fare. Sourcing pristine ingredients and inflect- ing an Asian hint, the tasting menu is nothing short of exciting. You'll be happier bringing several wine selections since it's unlikely that a single bottle will take you through the progres- sion of creative dishes. As usual, we had the chance to bring a half-dozen wines, which still caught us at a momentary loss on a few complex dishes, each with an outlier ingredient.
