Assistant/Associate Professor of Management with Emphasis in Quality/TQM/Customer Service College of Business and Leadership The position is tenure-track with responsibility for teaching four three-hour courses (12 hours) per semester at the undergraduate and graduate level that apply to program requirements. This teaching assignment may be modified by the addition of an administrative assignment as Director of the Management Development Center. Some courses may be delivered using the Internet, interactive video or video- tape. In addition, candidates are required to be engaged in scholarly activities, and to render service to the profession and COBL. Normal evaluation is based on teaching (60%), research (20%) and service (20%). The position is for Spring/Fall 2004. FHSU is a comprehensive regional university responsible for service to the western two-thirds of the State of Kansas. It has an approximate enrollment of more than 6,000 stu- dents. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs in a variety of majors, including professional programs of teach- ing, business, and nursing.
