Your Voice Thanks for wonderful reunion EDITOR: Thanks to the Alumni Relations staff and committee for the wonderful Reunion Weekend. We had a very enjoyable time at the dinner and also enjoyed the dedication of the new Education and Human Services Building. What a place! Since I spent 41 years as a teacher, it was quite appropriate to attend this dedication. Diff erent than "the old days," where education classes were just scattered wherever there was an open room. Since I was a music major, and we were a small group, I didn't expect to see any of the old group there. But I was pleasantly surprised – there was a whole table full of music majors and spouses! In addition, I was most pleased to spend time with a friend and roommate whom I had lost contact with through the years. Write to us Centralight wants to hear from you! She taught in California and moved around some. The last time I saw her was in summer school in 1963: I had a 6-month- old baby and was pregnant with No. 2, and Merry gave birth to her daughter that summer. It was a summer of babies and diapers along with studying. The pictures are wonderful! What a great memory to have. I have been able to share them with another 50-year grad who also was a roommate but was out of town at the time of the reunion. Thanks so much for a memorable event!
