Tigerflex Voltbuster hoses transfer powders, pellets, and gran-
ules while dissipating electrostatic charge to ground, prevent-
ing static buildup and reducing chance of electrical discharge.
Abrasion-resistant polyurethane eliminates risk of contami-
nation, extends hose life, and reduces operating costs com-
pared to rubber or PVC. Photo shows Volt series hose and
VLT-SD series hose that includes fabric reinforcement. Both
remain flexible in sub-zero temperatures.

Cartridge dust collector
Downflo Evolution series cartridge dust collectors decrease num-
ber of filters used by as much as 40 percent compared to con-
ventional cartridge collectors, reducing filter replacement costs.
Compact unit also conserves floor space and decreases initial
cost. Its "dropout zone" pre-separates large dust particles, reduces
pressure drop, and minimizes filter abrasion. MaxPulse cleaning
system uses double-diverging pulse nozzle that shapes air to
match shape of filter, delivering 27 percent more energy to
media to ensure effective cleaning. Triagonal cartridges have
more filter media at bottom than round cartridges and thus direct
more dust toward collection hopper. Asymmetrical yokes ensure
cartridges are sealed and aligned properly for cleaning. Ultra-
Web nanofiber media uses layer of fibers 0.2 to 0.3 micron in
diameter to surface-capture contaminants smaller than 1 micron.

Powder receiver-conveyors
Vacuum receiver-conveyors transfer free- and non-free-flowing
powders, granules, and other materials at 500 to 5,000 pounds
per hour. Applications include loading tablet presses, mix tanks,
blenders, feeders, and hoppers. Made of 316L stainless steel,
units feature integrated control panels and can tie into existing
controls. They are available in various configurations and fin-
ishes and come with discharge valve to suit your application.
