RETAILOBSERVER.COM JUNE 2016 38 A W A R D S H I G H L I G H T B SH Home Appliances was honored to recognize an elite group of 15 regional service partners at the 6th annual BSH Service Partner of the Year Awards in Charleston, South Carolina. Winners were selected amongst nearly 3,000 expert BSH authorized service agencies throughout the US and Canada. These regional winners were ultimately rewarded for achieving the highest levels of service in the BSH authorized service partner organization. Each agency was evaluated on data collected throughout 2015 for each service visit performed. Criteria included downtime for calls requiring parts, downtime for calls not requiring parts, percentage of repeat calls, cost per call, time on the job, parts usage, and customer service survey results. The esteemed group of recipients included: • A1 Appliance Service Company, Inc., Mid-America Region • A1 Quality Appliance Service, Northwest Region • Abt Electronics, Inc., Midwest Region • Advance Appliance Services, Inc., Northern CA Region • All Appliance Service, Inc., Mountain Region • Cape Cod Appliance Service, Northeast Region • Carc Services, Southern Region • Dependable Service LLC, Mid-South Region • Electro Ménager Jean Villeneuve, Eastern Canada Region • Eurotechs Appliance Services, Mid-Atlantic Region • N.Z. Systems Inc, Central Canada Region • Premier Service Group LLC, Southwest Region • Priority Appliance, Western Canada Region • Topline Service, Inc, Southeast Region • United Refrigeration & Appliance, NY/NJ/PA Region Jose Torres and Adriana Pereyra-Torres of Advance Appliance Services, Inc. were recognized as the national winners for 2015. In recognition of their outstanding accomplishment, Jose and Adriana will have the choice of a four-piece Bosch kitchen package, or a one-week trip to Walt Disney World. In mid-February 2016, the 15 regional winners attended an awards ceremony and spent a few days enjoying the charm and southern hospitality of Charleston, South Carolina. During the awards banquet, each regional winner was presented with a prominent glass trophy symbolizing their achievement, and a marketing kit that included branded decals, uniform patches and unique lapel pins for technicians to wear to publicize their distinguished award. In addition, the group attended meetings with the BSH Customer Service Management Team to discuss BSH accomplishments in 2015 and what's on the horizon for BSH in 2016. Congratulations to all the 2015 Service Partner of the Year winners! BSH values the importance of partnering with service partner agencies, and is dedicated to supporting the growth of these partnerships through the BSH commitment to service excellence.
