Bin tumbler
Cyclops bin tumbler for use with IBCs and other containers
blends and homogenizes powders and granules. It works with
company's Trigon universal bin docking system that simplifies
mounting/detaching and eliminates need for special devices
or spacers. Touchscreen control panel displays process para-
meters and lets you program work cycle and recall as many
as 100 recipes. Bin tumbler is available in four versions suit-
able for R&D and for handling batches as large as 1,500 kilo-
grams. Options include through-the-wall installation to con-
serve floor space and dual-plane inclination of blending
motion to handle difficult products. Custom bin holders are
also available.

V-type blender
Model VB-10-316S Vee-Cone blender gently combines
materials to uniformity in 5 to 15 minutes regardless whether
vessel is filled to 25 or 100 percent, depending on materials.
Internal surface has no baffles, shafts, or bearings to provide
unobstructed material flow and complete discharge through
gate valve. Absence of residual material and easy access via
discharge valve and vessel's end ports allow quick sanitization.
Options include intensifier bars for breaking up agglomerates
or dispersing liquids; clean-in-place system; jackets to accom-
modate heating and cooling; load-cell mounts to accommo-
date batch weighing; ASME-compliant construction; and
PLC-based controls. Capacity is 283 liters.
