gelatin capsules with liquids, powders, pellets, or tablets.

Liquid capsule fillers
GKF capsule fillers handle liquid, powder, tablet, and com-
bination fills. Model 702L fills as many as 42,000 capsules
per hour and is well-suited to lab-scale applications as well as
product development and launch. Models 1400L (photo) and
2500L dose 84,000 and 150,000 capsules per hour and inte-
grate with capsule checkweighers. Robust capsule fillers use
servo-controlled liquid pumps that provide step-less control
over fill volume for high-precision dosing; drip retraction is
also adjustable. Programmable nozzles let you control start
fill location. Other features include heated product container
to liquefy solids and level sensors to control upstream feed.

Softgels, hard capsules
