MURRIETA'S WELL BRINGS
VERSATILITY THROUGH BLENDING

ll of the varieties that go into The Whip
and The Spur are from fruit grown on
the Murrieta's Well estate. At a glance,
this fact doesn't seem unusual; there are
hundreds of California wineries produc-
ing wines from vineyards they own and
manage. Murrieta's Well, however, is a storied
place, America's old guard. It was established in
the Livermore Valley in 1884 and is now owned
by Wente Family Estates—the oldest contin-
uously-operated, family-owned winery in the
United States.
